TermDelta is operated by Clinton Davis in Appomattox, Virginia, United States. This notice describes how the public website handles qualification inquiries. It does not govern customer engagement data, which requires separate written agreements and security documentation.
Information the website may collect
The fit-review form requests name, work email, company, role, approximate company size, system landscape, a high-level description of the suspected commercial issue, and consent to respond. Do not submit contracts, transaction data, credentials, personal financial information, or other sensitive materials through the form.
How the information may be used
- Evaluate whether the requested service appears to fit
- Respond to the inquiry and arrange a business conversation
- Protect the service from abuse and diagnose delivery problems
- Maintain records required for legal or business administration
Legal basis and marketing
Information is processed to respond to a request, take steps toward a possible business engagement, protect the service, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Qualification details are not sold or used for unrelated advertising. Any future marketing subscription requires a separate choice and an unsubscribe mechanism.
Service providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites and its underlying Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and delivery, and Porkbun for domain email. Providers may process limited technical or message data as needed to operate their services. A customer engagement receives a separate subprocessor and data-flow disclosure before sensitive data is transferred.
Retention
Spam and incomplete inquiries are deleted within 30 days where practical. No-fit inquiries are retained for up to 90 days. Qualified sales records may be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a contract, dispute, security need, or legal obligation requires a different period.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, consent withdrawal, or other applicable privacy rights by emailing hello@termdelta.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
Cookies and analytics
Essential local storage remembers the visitor's privacy choice. Google Analytics remains unloaded when the visitor chooses essential storage only. After the visitor chooses optional analytics, the site may measure page views, referral and campaign information, and non-sensitive interactions such as starting or successfully submitting the fit-review form. Advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled. TermDelta does not intentionally send form-field contents, contracts, transaction data, or other customer materials to analytics.
Customer engagement data
Commercial agreements and transaction records are not accepted through the public website. Any engagement requires a separate data inventory, transfer method, access model, retention/deletion plan, subprocessor disclosure, and contractual terms.
